ANNUAL REPORT ORIGIN LATAM 2024
Young Talent Project in GIR

If you are a young talent and have not yet held a leadership position (managerial or above) in the field of Institutional and Government Relations (GIR), you can participate in the ORIGEM LATAM 2024 Yearbook. The largest showcase of leading GIR professionals in Latin America will continue its 6th edition by valuing these executives in the field, choosing up to 05 professionals to be featured in the Yearbook.

To this end, we will have the following process:

1st Stage

For executives under 30 years of age to the release date of ORIGEM LATAM 2024 (07/11/2024) who work in GIR, who do not hold a managerial position or above in one of the 5 areas covered by the Yearbook (companies, specialized consultancies, law firms with GIR area, national scope sectoral associations, and entities of the 3rd sector), who have not been awarded in previous editions, and who are interested in participating, should send an email to jovens@anuarioorigem.com.br between 04/01/2024 and 05/31/2024 containing a summary of up to 1,500 characters (with spaces) describing the reasons (achievements and contributions) that justify their choice to be featured as a young talent in the GIR area in the Yearbook. A curatorial board, composed of recognized professionals in the GIR market and the Editor of the ORIGEM Yearbook, will analyze the applications received in this format (the names of the authors will be omitted) and select up to 10 participants for the next stage, whose assessment will take place between 06/01/2024 and 06/14/2024.

2nd Stage

Those selected will be invited to submit, by 06/28/2024, an article in a one-page format (up to 4,000 characters with spaces), along with a photo, which will be sent for analysis by a new curatorial board, without the identification of the authors, composed of prominent names in the GIR market, in addition to the Editor of ORIGEM. The article should have the context: “Considering that the use of technologies applied to the GIR field is growing every year, describe your vision of how the relationship between digital and human action in the area will be, indicating the main challenges and opportunities in this context that GIR professionals may encounter.”

In the end, up to 05 names will be selected to appear as “Young Talents in GIR” in the 2024 edition of ORIGEM, to be revealed in alphabetical order on the day of the launch event.

We look forward to the participation of many young talents in GIR in this pioneering project!
