Anna Beatriz Almeida Lima

A mais jovem profissional a figurar no Hall da Fama do Anuário ORIGEM, com 37 anos vividos, soma uma atuação diversificada na área de Relações Institucionais e Governamentais. Desde 2009, Anna Almeida já atuou no governo federal, em consultorias, escritórios de advocacia, organismos multilaterais e empresas de setores de inovação disruptiva, além de ter se dedicado, por mais de dois anos e meio, à pesquisa acadêmica sobre “Inovação e Capacidades para a Economia 4.0” dentro do Grupo de Pesquisa em Gestão Público-Privada e Contabilidade da UnB. Desde 2022 na Shein, a executiva vem liderando os esforços de comunicação externa e relações governamentais no avanço da plataforma asiática de fast fashion pelo Brasil e, mais recentemente, por toda a América Latina

Giuliana Franco

Há exatos 20 anos, a cientista política Giuliana Franco iniciou uma bem-sucedida trajetória na área de RIG, com passagens por CPFL, 3M, Alcoa até chegar a fabricante de cosméticos Natura, onde desde 2023, responde pelo dia a dia de RIG da companhia na capital federal. E é à partir da cidade onde o RIG pulsa mais forte que Giuliana se dedica a apoiar o desenvolvimento de mais mulheres na área. Em 2020, fundou junto com outras profissionais, o “Dicas - Mulheres em RIG”, um grupo que busca acolher outras profissionais e ampliar a representatividade feminina nos espaços de poder. Também desde 2020 dedica parte do seu tempo a mentorar mulheres em início de carreira no projeto do Comitê de Mulheres da Abrig.

Luiz Santiago

Setor público internacional, consultoria, meios de pagamento, e-commerce, combustíveis, mineração, auto-indústria… Luiz Santiago acumulou experiência nos três lados do balcão e em diferentes setores da economia, a maior parte deles, intensivo em capital e altamente regulados, o que demanda uma atuação intensa e muito responsável da área de RIG, algo natural para um executivo que ao longo do último quarto de século vem se dedicando a estabelecer relacionamentos e construir pontes capazes de desenvolver negócios com poder para impactar positivamente a economia, as comunidades e a sociedade como um todo.

Victor Bicca Neto

Poucos profissionais no Brasil podem se orgulhar de uma carreira tão longeva na área de Relações Governamentais quanto Victor Bicca Neto, que em 1986 recém-formado no curso de Direito da Universidade de Brasília, começou a trabalhar na Caterpillar, como assistente de Assuntos Governamentais. Desde então, foram quatro décadas ininterruptas de atuação na área, com quase 25 anos de Coca-Cola, onde entrou como gerente de Relações Governamentais, tocou projetos relevantes na área de sustentabilidade, liderou os esforços de RIG da marca na Copa do Mundo de 2014, realizada no Brasil até ser alçado, em 2015, à direção da área na própria Coca-Cola, uma das cadeiras de RIG de maior prestígio do mercado e que ele ocupou até o início de 2025, quando decidiu se aposentar da vida executiva.

CREOMAR DE SOUZA

One of today’s most prominent political analysts, Creomar de Souza has built up a solid academic background in Brazil and abroad. He has also had a long career as a lecturer in GIR and International Relations, leading a series of important educational and research initiatives at universities and institutions in Brazil and abroad and through his own consultancy. He is also recognized as a reference for young professionals willing to explore the complex GIR job market.

FABIO RUA

For more than 20 years, he worked as a research associate for the American Chamber of Commerce in Washington, supporting the approval of the Trade Promotion Authority (a mechanism through which objectives and a process of supervision and consultation during trade negotiations are established), Fabio Rua has lived the world of government relations intensely, whether leading the area in large companies from different sectors of the economy or working through organizations and institutions that help promote the development of the area of government relations in Brazil and its intersection with the technological advances and innovations that are shaping the future of the activity and society.

ANTÔNIO MARCOS UMBELINO LOBO

One of the deans of the GIR area in Brazil, Antônio Marcos Umbelino Lobo has that mantra that he usually recites to clients of the consulting firm he founded in 1979, that expresses his view of the role of the area: “More than a legal right, it is the duty of the private sector to keep a dialogue box to help the public sector in the formulation of public policies”.

FELIPE ONEI OPPELT

Havin a degree in Political Sciences and a with a training course of GIR professionals by the Association of Government Relations Professionals in Washington (USA), Felipe Onei was an intern at MDIC and the Parliamentary Consultancy of the Public Ministry of the Federal District. He was also an internet at Umbelino Lobo in 2008. In 2017, he was promoted to partner and executive director of the consulting firm.

GRAZIELLE PARENTI

Grazielle Parenti has GIR in her GIR. She even tried to get away from the area of operation of her father, one of the oldest GIR professionals in market, but since 2007 she doesn’t know what is to work outside the GIR area. The executive has accumulated experience in high level managing positions of large companies in different markets and continents, which made her a corporate diplomat.

HELGA PAULA FRANCO

Born in a house where politics are a major topic of interest, Helga Franco channeled her career to the GIR area. She has a degree in Law and Political Sciences, with an specialization course in Public Administration, in addition to her theorical baggage, Helga has lots of practice, which allowed her to develop the necessary skills for the area routine.

RODRIGO NAVARRO

Rodrigo Navarro arrived in the GIR area as a trainee at Xerox, and since then he established a solid career in the area as an executive and consultant, being part of capital goods, telecom, IT, biofuels, tobacco, automotive, two-wheeled, agrobusiness, chemicals and construction companies. The professional is part of two of the main milestones for the development of GIR in Brazil: he is one of the creators of the ORIGEM Yearbook and he launched the first class of MBA dedicated to the GIR area, by FGV.

SUELMA ROSA DOS SANTOS

Before entering the private sector, in 2017 Suelma Rosa had a broad experience in analysis, formulation, and implementation of public policies and relationship with different spheres of the public sector and relationship with different spheres of the public and third sector, acting in ministries, regulating agencies, in the congress, and in international entities. All this experience facilitates the understanding of the executive when drawing and defining the strategical action of companies she acts in.

For the elaboration of the ORIGEM Yearbook, researches will be carried out, focusing on portraying the current area o GIR in Latin America and the profile of main professionals of the market. As effective influencers, these professionals form opinions and dictate the trends,inside and outside companies, when the topic is Government and Institutional Relations.

Given the extreme relevance about the structure and action of the section being captured, analyzed and compared in this issue, such as the number of exclusive professionals, internal or outsourced activities, the different settings and reporting lines, most expectations and challenges faced by leaders, among other topics.

The launching event will have broad media coverage and will have the participation of representatives of the Government.

This innovative project has been brought by Consult-Master, LEC and VITTORE Partners, that gather a vast expertise of action, training and recruiting in this sector.

Ao final da pesquisa, os próprios participantes terão a oportunidade de indicar, entre si, os 20 profissionais de maior destaque em RIG no Brasil daquele ano, que serão conhecidos e premiados durante o evento de lançamento do anuário.
